Aimed at DJs and comprised of an all-round cartridge and the VNL II stylus, the Ortofon VNL Single Pack strikes the perfect balance between sound quality and output. Equipped with a spherical needle, the so-called Moving Magnet Cartridge is specially designed to keep the wear and tear caused by scratching and backcueing to an absolute minimum. Whether you're into DVS or 'real' vinyl, the Ortofon VNL delivers extremely accurate performance.

Zeer ontevreden met deze aankoop. Wanneer de arm van de draaitafel niet tot op de millimeter goed uitgebalanceerd (m.a.w. als hieraan gedraaid is) is beschadigt deze cartridge je platen onherstelbaar, waardoor ik er meerdere heb kunnen weggooien. Gezien het feit dat deze ook nog eens behoorlijk aan de prijs is raad ik deze all-rounder af.

Have bought several of these carts for people when servicing turntables. Since Shure top production these VNL filled the gap in the market of the M44-7. Sound fantastic. The other review is very harsh. Looks like they didn't set it up properly.
